This product is used for products packaging for crepe paper, three-dimensional paper and other disinfection products. 

 

Every product is printed with high-temperature sterilization discoloration instructions. The disinfection instructions will change color in the disinfection process, indicating whether the disinfection of packaging interior items is complete or not.

 

Steam sterilization indicator tape, the color reagent and accessories be made of ink, to be printed on a special tape with oblique stripes. 

 

Under a certain temperature and pressure, the color became dark gray or black and the color after sterilization will not fade. 

 

Scissor the appropriate length of indicator tape, stick on the package to be sterilized, under 120°C and pressure exhaust steam sterilizer for 20 minutes, or into the pre-vacuum.  

 

Pressure off 134°C be sterilized for 3.5 minutes, the color on the tape has been changed from light to dark gray or black.

 

Notice: Do not directly attached in metal, glass and other hard surface which are easy to form condensate, prevent to be wet by condensation of water. 

 

Storage condition: keep stored in the dark at room temperature 15°C-30°C and 15% relative humidity.

1.Usage scope: It mainly applies to indicate whether various pressure steam sterilizer for fixing the pack and indicating whether the pack (container) has been sterilized. 

2.Usage: Intercept proper length tape, paste it to the surface of pending sterilized package and then sterilize. After sterilization, pick out the package and observe the change of tape. If the color changes from light yellow to grey/black, then the pack has been sterilized.

Note: The items to be sterilized should not be placed close to interior wall of the cabinet, the tape should not attach to the metal that is easy to form condensation and other hard surface such as glass etc, so as to avoid accuracy missing of color agent during the sterilization.

3.Storage: away from light, corrosive gas and in 15°C~30°C, 50% relative humidity.

4.Validity: 24months after producing
